Jason is a native of Louisiana, however, he has called North Carolina his home for 15 years. His Cajun background demonstrates his love of cooking using spices, homemade sauces, and food native to the land. Jason loves incorporating Morgan Ridge wine in his creations. He and his partner, Cyndi Jones, have 35+ years experience in the hospitality and county club industry. They have brought the country club environment to Friday Night Wine Down Dinners, Saturday Slide By Lunch Buffets, as well as their Wine Pairing Dinners. Their love for each other and their love for cooking shows in every one of their creations and presentation.
