Jason is a native of Louisiana, however, he has called North Carolina his home for 22 years. His Cajun background demonstrates his love of cooking using spices, homemade sauces, and food native to the land. Jason loves incorporating Morgan Ridge wine in his creations. His experience in the hospitality and county club industry brings the country club environment to Friday Night Wine Down Dinners, Chef’s Choice Sunday Brunch Buffets, as well as each catered meal on premise and off premise. To keep the selections fresh, our lunch menu changes quarterly and dinner menu changes weekly. Jason is also a wealthy of knowledge and loves to demonstrate and teach cooking skills at our Bi-Weekly Lunch & Learn.
